WWE star Hulk Hogan has been kicked many times in many different places but the hardest time isn't what you might think.

That's right, one of the toughest moments of his life is what Hogan is referring to. And the night in question is when he made a sex tape with his loyal friend, Bubba the Love Sponge, and his wife.

This was subsequently leaked to TMZ and appeared online in 2012, and Hulk spoke yesterday of the devastation that made him feel, especially with the fact that Bubba was a dear friend.

"It was a tough situation. It's probably the hardest I've ever been kicked, bar none," Hogan said of the sex tape leak. "But at the end of the day it's all about choices."

Even though most men would have animosity towards Bubba, Hogan says hating is not his deal.

"I got a call from TMZ and they told me everything. In legal settings [we've talked]," he added.

"Look, I understand people, and for whatever reason I forgive him and I forgive myself for the choices we made. But I can't hate brother, it's not my deal."

Hulk returned to the WWE in February, and he is due to be the host of WrestleMania XXX. It has been announced that there will be a 30-man battle to commemorate the 30 years of WrestleMania.

The winner of the contest will win the Andre the Giant Memorial Trophy.
