Manchester United owners, the Glazers, remain behind under-fire Red Devils boss David Moyes - despite their side's recent poor performances.
The Scotsman has been blasted for the Premier League champions' mediocre form throughout the season and has been tipped to be shown the door if he loses to Bayern Munich next week.
However the Daily Star suggest Manchester United's owners - the Glazer family - are backing Moyes to turn things around at Old Trafford.
That is despite the fact they have seen their side go from the Premier League champions to a team who are going to struggle to finish in sixth spot.
Manchester United's season and even maybe Moyes' future at the club rests in the Champions League, as they are out of both domestic cup competitions.
Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp and Louis van Gaal, who is currently managing the Dutch national team, are just two of the candidates said to be in the running to take over the reins from Moyes if he is to leave the club at the end of the season.
