Chelsea and Manchester United target Julian Brandt has emerged as a target for Manchester City and Liverpool as well.

According to the Daily Mirror, Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers made the trip to Germany to watch the 17-year-old in action, while Manchester City are also now keeping tabs on the Bayer Leverkusen midfielder.

Chelsea and Manchester United have long been admirers of the Leverkusen number 19, who has broken into the first-team this season.

He's made just seven appearances in the Bundesliga so far, but he has impressed the watching Premier League scouts enough to grab their attention. He scored his first league goal earlier this month against Hamburg.

And the report claims one of the interested clubs may look to make the teenager an offer in the summer.

Brandt only joined Leverkusen last year, signing from Bundesliga rivals Wolfsburg.

But such has been his progression, he could be on the move again just 12 months later. A move to the Premier League at his age may be viewed as a risky step, especially considering the fact he's getting top flight football in Germany.

But he's already got the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United and City on his tail so he'll have a pretty good selection if he does decide to move on.
