New York Yankees manager acknowledges pitching dilemma

New York Yankees manager, Joe Giradi has admitted he has no idea will become the team's closing pitcher following the injury to David Robertson.

Yankees closing legend, Mariano Rivera retired at the end of last season and the Bronx Bombers have almost immediately found themselves without a full-time finisher after Robertson suffered a groin injury in the first week of the season.

Giradi, when asked about the situation simply said: “That’s a great question.” Unfortunately the Yankees manager did not provide an equally great answer to the question and so fans are unsure who will be securing victories for the team.

Shawn Kelley is a potential candidate for the job, although he is also currently injured. Despite the money that the Yankees have spent this winter, it seems incredible that they would be forced to use a 30-year old pitcher with just one save.

Despite these problems, the Yankees have a 4-3 record and have won their last two games as they begin Derek Jeter's last season with the team.
