Ryan Giggs is the clear favourite to be the next Manchester United player to leave the club following Nemanja Vidic's announcement.

The Serbian international revealed earlier this year that he will leave United at the end of the season for Inter Milan.

And bookmaker Paddy Power has Ryan Giggs as 5/4 favourite to be the next United star to follow him with Rio Ferdinand at 13/8 and Patrice Evra third favourite at 5/2.

Giggs, who turned 40-years-old this season, is expected to announce his retirement from playing duties at the end of the current campaign, although it's unclear whether he will stay on in a coaching capacity.

At the moment he is part of David Moyes's back-room staff as well as a player.

Ferdinand and Evra are both out of contract this summer, with the French international linked with a move back to Ligue 1.

After these three, the bookmaker suggests Robin van Persie, Nani, Shinji Kagawa and Javier Hernandez are the next most likely departures.

United are set for a summer of upheaval, with the board ready to hand David Moyes a sizeable transfer budget to improve the squad.

But the Old Trafford manager may have to trim it down before he can add to it again, following the £37m capture of Juan Mata from Chelsea in the January transfer window.
