WWE: The Undertaker is not dead

WWE legend The Undertaker is very much alive despite viral reports to the contrary, it has been said.

According to The Independent, 'Taker - real name Mark William Calaway - is well despite his fans perhaps having been fooled into thinking that he had passed on by a somewhat bizarre story penned by a satirical website that found its way onto certain social media websites.

Such news will obviously come as a relief to those who may have been duped by the article or not perhaps have read it through in its entirety, with The Undertaker - who first joined the WWE way back in 1990 - still enjoying immense popularity throughout the world of professional wrestling.

In what many have dubbed as arguably the biggest shock the WWE has seen in recent years, 'The Phenom' finally relinquished his formidable and infamous Wrestlemania undefeated streak following an eventful loss to old rival Brock Lesnar in New Orleans earlier this month.

The 49-year-old - whose previous victories at the event came against the likes of Triple H, Shawn Michaels Randy Orton and Batista - also suffered a severe concussion during the showcase at Mercedes Benz Superdome but was discharged from hospital following an overnight stay under observation.
