The Pirates and Reds set a Great American Ballpark record with 10 home runs, before the game was suspended, tied at seven after six innings.

The game will be resumed later, and the two teams will try to set the NL record for combined home runs in a game, which is 11, most recently set by Chicago and Philadelphia in 1979.
