Baseball fans love catching foul balls. They are like the ultimate fan treat, if you can catch one of those you will remember it for the rest of your life.

All MLB fans have different styles as they go for that ball coming into the stands.

There are the ones that go for it no matter what the consequences, with some truly terrible results

Or there are the fans that simply do the nonchalant catch whilst continuing to do what they were already doing before they were forced to make a play.

The latest foul ball fan catch that the major league has seen came last night in the New York Mets 7-3 win on the road against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

The game was in the eighth inning with the Mets 7-2 when a fan showed Arizona the way forward with a sublime play.

As the foul play came into the stands, a man on his phone calmly stepped through the crowd of would-be catchers to claim the ball.

After catching the ball one handed, he resumed talking on the phone with whom ever he was talking to moments before he made the ultimate foul ball catch.
