WBC welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather has been spotted at a fast food restaurant eating a burger just two weeks before his fight against Argentina's Marcos Maidana.

The 37-year-old, who has never suffered defeat in his career, was photographed enjoying some of the finest food on the menu of Nevada state's Fat Burger restaurant late on Monday night.

Mayweather arrived in his mega-expensive Bugatti and was accompanied by security and friends before sitting down to chow down. However, boxing's pound-for-pound king appeared pre-occupied with his mobile phone for much of the night.

Not many boxers would be confident enough to eat fast food two weeks before a big-money fight in Las Vegas - but Floyd, whose record stands at 45-0, must feel confident.

The current champ is the overwhelming favourite to defeat Maidana at the MGM Grand next month, although his South American opponent is confident he can spring a surprise.

Seeing these latest images of Mayweather eating burgers will only encourage him further.
