The Shield and The Wyatt Family currently stand on complete opposite ends of the spectrum in the wrestling universe at the moment.

In the eyes of the WWE Bray Wyatt and company heels, contrary to the fact that pretty much everyone loves them and wants them to beat 10 shades of blue out of John Cena every time they face off.

The Shield on the other hand are ultimate faces, going about saving WWE Superstars that are in trouble and unfairly being set on by the powers that be.

But the two could be set for a complete 180 degree switch in the not too distant future.

According to a report from F4WOnline, The Shield are set to turn heel while Bray Wyatt becomes a big old babyface.

From WrestlingRumours.net:

"In a recent report by F4WOnline, some light has been shed on Bray Wyatt’s future in WWE. The website is reporting that there are plans for Wyatt to turn babyface, but not until The Shield turn heel. WWE’s reasoning for this is to keep the two factions on opposite sides of the spectrum.

However, in the report, it is noted that Roman Reigns will be an exception for The Shield, as he will not be turning heel. Instead, he will split from the group in order to undergo a monster push as a babyface."

Roman Reigns solo split has been known about for a long time and fans are simply waiting for if rather than when he will leave Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose who will become heels while Reigns no doubt gets his crack at becoming a major star in the company and a possible feud with Triple H.

Whilst that turn is incredibly seamless and entirely plausible the move to make Wyatt a face won't be as easy. The people do love him, but maybe it's just because they hate Cena more. And who in the world has heard of a mainstream cult leader.
