Football News

Johnny Manziel hasn’t played a down in the NFL yet, we don’t even know what team he’s going to be playing for in the 2014/15 season.

With the 2014 NFL Draft still a week away, Johnny Freaking Football is already topping NFL polls and it seems that he is already a fans favourite in the pros.

Manziel has come up trumps against a Super Bowl winner no less as he was recently voted, in a poll by ESPN, as the player that  most people are looking forward to playing with in EA Sports’ Madden ’15.

ESPN sent out the poll and Manziel came in first place with 29% of the vote. Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers came in second with 17% of the vote while Calvin Johnson landed the third spot, bringing 13%.

Even with Manziel’s lack of professional experience it's easy to see why he's coming top of stuff like this. The excitement that he gave us all in college was incredible and his dual-threat play-style offers loads of options for the players.
