Adrian Mutu features in Snopp Dogg video

Ex-Chelsea striker Adrian Mutu always had a reputation as a bit of a party animal - a drug ban for cocaine use will do that I guess.

So really it's not too surprising to see the Romanian forward starring in the latest music video for Snopp Dogg, shot in what looks like a pole dancing club.

The 35-year-old forward was the subject of a contract wrangle between Chelsea and Juventus following his seven month ban for a failed drugs test in 2004. Chelsea actually sacked him on that occasion, suing him for breach of contract.

He's currently playing back in Romania with Petrolul Ploiesti, but he's been spotted here relaxing in a club, with a girl on his arm and cigar on the go. Still enjoying the life then.

It's not immediately clear what his role in the music video is, and how the gig came about - Snopp Dogg is not even visible in the shot.

All we know is this, and it comes from the Daily Mail. The music video director Massimo Caroletti said he spotted Mutu's "great potential" and "personally championed his inclusion" in the video.

To be fair, he also mentioned the fact he's good mates with the former-Chelsea striker so there's that as well.
