Peyton Manning throws footballs at moving New York taxis

Peyton Manning was on his brother Eli's turf this week as he took on a fairly unique footballing challenge in New York.

Appearing on 'Late show with David Letterman' Monday, the legendary quarterback tested his throwing arm in an unusual contest with the chat show host.

As the video above shows, Letterman and Manning attempted to throw footballs into moving yellow taxi's as they drove past the television studios...

And the Denver Broncos man showed he hasn't got too rusty in the NFL offseason, perfectly finding the back seat of the famous New York cabs on two of his three throws with not a broken window in sight.

Letterman meanwhile gave a spirited performance up against the 2014 NFL MVP but showed he chose the right career path with three erratic throws in front of a watching crowd.
