Manchester United want to keep full-back Patrice Evra at the club for another two years, according to

Th French international runs out of contract at the Red Devils at the end of the season, however he could still stay at the club beyond the end of this campaign. 

If reports are to be believed, European duo Monaco and Inter Milan are interested in his services, but it now looks likely that Manchester United are ready to hand him a new deal with the club. 

It appears that the veteran - who looks set to feature for France at this summer's World Cup - will make his decision at the end of the campaign.

Manchester United take on Southampton on Sunday and will be looking to end a disastrous season on a high with a win at the St Mary's. 

Evra could feature against the Saints this weekend after being left out in the club's final home game of the season against Hull City this past week.
