Jay-Z, Beyonce Knowles and Floyd Mayweather were amongst the stars watching the Brooklyn Nets battle it out with the Miami Heat in the NBA Playoffs last night.

The Heat, led by LeBron James, topped the Nets 102-96 to take a 3-1 lead in the best-of-seven series. Miami stand on the verge of achieving an Eastern Conference Finals berth, with one more victory needed.

James was seen conversing with the music power couple midway through the game, with Jay Z a minor owner of the Nets, but LeBron wasn't giving out any favors as he battered Brooklyn with 49 points on the night.

LeBron tied his playoff career-high points tally with that total against the Nets, and his teammate Dwyane Wade explained, "He took over the game like that and he was being aggressive. All everyone else had to do outside of that was chip in, hit timely shots, do timely things."
Other stars in attendance included Denzel Washington, Spike Lee, Olivia Wilde, Jason Sudeikis. Mike D of the Beastie Boys also introduced the Nets' starting lineup.
The NBA Playoffs began in mid-April and culminate with the NBA Finals in early June, with the Heat likely to be there again.
