Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has flown to Belgium to cast his eye on Thorgan Hazard.

The Daily Mail report how the Portuguese tactician was spotted with Chelsea assistant Rui Faria at Zulte Waregem's home stadium to get a closer look at Hazard.

Mourinho is said to be willing to include Hazard in his pre-season squad in order to make a decision on whether to loan out the 21-year-old starlet or keep him among his ranks.

English duo Crystal Palace and Everton are said to be monitoring Hazard's situation at Stamford Bridge as they are both eager to sign the Belgian starlet on a temporary deal for next season's Premier League campaign.

Eden Hazard's younger brother is said to be keen on moving back to England after spending the last two seasons on loan at Pro League side Zulte Waregem.

Hazard will join his fellow countryman Romelu Lukaku, Thibaut Courtois and his older brother at Stamford Bridge if Mourinho does decide to recall him to Chelsea.
