Football News

Kobe Bryant and Andrew Luck have a lot of spare time on their hands right now.

The NFL season is not back for another few months yet, and the LA Lakers were never in contention for a playoff spot with Kobe out injured most of the year.

As such the two sporting giants have had to find other ways of entertaining themselves. Lucky for them then that the FIFA World Cup is just around the corner.

And as you can see from their latest ad spot with World Cup sticker book company, Panini, the two have lent their support to a sport with which both hold fond memories.

Both Kobe and Luck have ties to soccer, with Luck having spent some of his childhood in London spurring an affinity with the sport and Kobe having played the game in his youth whilst living in Italy.

This is explained in the ad which sees the pair relive their memories of the game in comparison to the sports which they now play with such prowess.
