The Toronto Raptors have a lot of spare time on their hands following their elimination by the Brooklyn Nets in the NBA playoffs, and it seems that some players are dealing with it better than others.

Patrick Patterson is definitely in the latter group, with his efforts at passing the time being certainly a bit different than others.

The power forward chose the musical route to try and waste away a long car journey, but rather than repping Raptors fan and ambassador Drake, the 25-year old went old-school with a bit of Michael Jackson and 'Smooth Criminal'.

Patterson posted a video of his lip-syncing on his Instagram page and it must be said that his car dancing is quite impressive for a man of 6ft 9in.

The former Kentucky man added some solid advice to the video, “Never Michael Jackson and drive.. This is what happens when I drive for a long time.. #dontjudgeme #actinafool #areuok #whyimsingle,” he wrote accompanying.
