The Indiana Pacers and Miami Heat are currently locked in a titanic battle in the Eastern Conference Finals, with such a high standard of basketball being played we are treated to a fair share of incredible plays, like this Lance Stephenson one.

How much time does it take to get a jump shot off, Derrick fisher proved once that you could do it in 0.4 seconds (Check here), Stephenson has gone one better by managing to tip in a buzzer beater with the least amount of time possible on the game clock.

The Pacers only had 0.1 seconds left before half time, they drew up a play where the ball would be floated towards Stephenson and he would simply attempt to the tip the ball just close to the basket and look for a friendly roll.

Stephenson known as 'Born ready' found space and managed to palm the basketball and execute the incredible buzzer beater.
