Marshawn Lynch doesn't like White House visits and Super Bowl media days don't appeal to him, so why is the most aloof man in the NFL starring in his own movie?

The film entitled "Beast Mode" is the story of Marshawn Lynch, the Seattle Seahawks running back will star as himself in a movie that's set to screen later this year.

Lynch has done a little acting before as he once made a cameo appearance in a Gary Busey movie called 'Matt's Chance'.

The 28-year old is very much averse to speaking to the media but he told the San Jose Mercury News that he was: "Just trying something new" when questioned about the movie he would be involved with.

It is a tale of the life of Lynch, leading from his childhood all the way to the much anticipated Super Bowl win with the Seattle Seahawks, it will capture everything from family life to teammate relations as it tells the story behind 'Beast Mode'.

Lynch continued to comment on the film saying: "For me, it's just about having some fun, It's just a fun experience. I also get to the shine light on the community and some of the things that we grew up doing and what we went through."

A very private individual, many fans will be interested to know the other side of the NFL star and will look forward to the release of the movie later this year.
