Johnny Manziel penis lawsuit thrown out of court

Manziel at Browns OTAs

Johnny Manziel has been enjoying his time as an NFL quarterback. Except for the fake frivolous lawsuit that was filed against him by an idiot prankster claiming sexual harassment of Manziel sending excessive pictures of his penis.

Well according to TMZ Sports, the lawsuit has been thrown out  of a Florida court almost straight away, with Judge Steven D. Merryday calling it "immaterial, impertinent and scandalous."

The suit, which was filed by Jonathan Lee Riches in May, was filled with bizarre and salacious allegations against the Browns rookie. It was claimed that Manziel wrapped his penis in a hot dog bun, and extreme detail about just how small Manziel's member was. Riches used the name of CNN contributor Samantha Schacher when he filled the bogus suit.

Manziel's agent, Erik Burkhardt, told USA Today Sports that Manziel will sue the filer, presumably for defamation or slander.

"We absolutely will protect our client to the fullest extent of the law,'' said Burkhardt, who added that lawyers are still determining the course of action.

Weird things happen when you're in the public eye.
