NFL receiver Danny Amendola took dodging reporter's question to another level this week when he slammed the phone down on a radio host for persistently asking questions about his injuries, according to reports

The New England Patriots' wideout faced numerous questions regarding his injury problems, which have caused him to miss 24 games over the last three seasons.

His durability has become a huge talking point, but it's clear that Amendola doesn't' want to add any fire to the talk. And after batting away one question with a "that's not something I really think about", he just simply put the phone down.

It all started so well for the host. He started the interview by praising Amendola for his charity work before going down the route of questioning his durability.

"You've been described as 'unlucky' with some of your injuries," Jones said. "We all remember that clavicle injury that you suffered as a member of the St. Louis Rams, and I remember a hit that you took a year against the..," and he was gone.

Rather then defend himself against the barrage of questions, Amendola choose to simply ignore them.

Down the line this might prove to be a poor choice as the speculation about his long-term health becomes the first question on reporter's lips.
