Cesc Fabregas' girlfriend Danielle Semaan has hinted that she could be set to leave Barcelona.

The midfielder - who is set to star in this summer's World Cup - has been linked with a move away from The Nou Camp in recent time, with many suggesting that he will join Premier League giants Chelsea.

And, as reported by The Daily Mail, the player's girlfriend posted an Instagram photo of her and Lionel Messi's partner Antonella Roccuzzo and she left her a message, as she said: "I miss this so so so so girl." She then used the hashtag of #tevoyaextranar, which translates into "I'll miss you."

It certainly appears that Fabregas' future lies away from the La Liga giants, but it remains to be seen as to whether Chelsea can tie up a deal for his services.

Reports have indicated that the Stamford Bridge outfit have agreed a £30 million deal to land the star this summer, with the player set to sign a four-year contract wit the club.

Chelsea already look set to land one Spanish international in the coming days, with striker Diego Costa expected to leave Atletico Madrid behind.

Blues fans will then be hoping the club can secure the services of Fabregas, as the club attempt to bring him back to London.

Chelsea will certainly be excited ahead of the 2014/15 campaign, as they look to mount a challenge for the Premier League title next term.
