Manchester United's new kits for next season leaked online

Manchester United fans are still waiting for an official unveiling of their first kit featuring new shirt sponsors Chevrolet, but their wait may be over soon after fan Twitter account @MUFCBulletin posted a picture of both home and away strips that looks to be the real McCoy.

United signed a world-record seven-year kit deal with Chevrolet in February worth an astonishing £53m, with Nike's next Red Devils effort marking the start of that partnership and an end to Aon's name being brandished on one of the most instantly recognisable shirts in world football.

Nike have stuck to a fairly traditional colour scheme and style if the latest leaked photos turn out to be authentic, with white picked as they away strip and replacing a blue and black chequered effort from last season.

The challenge is very much on for United to make sure next season's kits are remembered for the success they featured in on the pitch after a disastrous last 12 months, which saw David Moyes spectacularly fail to succeed Sir Alex Ferguson despite being hand picked by his mentor to shine.

Louis van Gaal has been picked to implement switch change after that disastrous attempt to retain stability, with his number one task to ensure Chevrolet and a vast array of other commercial sponsors get value for money by ensuring a swift return to the Champions League next term.
