LA Lakers and New York Yankees legends compete in Stanley Cup

LA Lakers legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and New York Yankees legend Mariano Rivera donned the shirts of the Kings and Rangers respectively as the two went head to head.

At a charity event at JFK International Airport put together by Delta Airlines, the two greats went head to head in an air hockey game.

The event went very well and the airline will make a $5,000 donation to a foundation of the eventual Stanley Cup Champions choice.

Game three of the Stanley cup between the New York Rangers and the LA Kings at Madison Square Garden will take place on Monday with the Kings leading 2-0 in the series.
