Manchester United have burst into life in the transfer market having wrapped up a deal for Ander Herrera and Luke Shaw - and there should be plenty more new arrivals in the coming weeks.

One player that Manchester United have been keen on for some time is Sporting Lisbon's William Carvalho - and he's admitted he could well leave Portugal this summer. He has a €45 million release clause inserted by Sporting which could put paid to any move however.

The 22-year-old has impressed in Portugal over the past 12 months, and under David Moyes he was extensively scouted - now he has admitted that a transfer could be on the cards.

"Will I stay at Sporting? I don't know. I'm going back to Portugal and then we will see," the youngster told MaisFutebol.
