Chelsea are ready to launch a huge raid for Juventus ace Paul Pogba, who is valued by Juventus at €60 million, and make him the club's best-paid player.

The Blues have been active in the transfer window already this summer, snapping up Cesc Fabregas from Barcelona, with Diego Costa poised to follow suit shortly. claim that the Blues are gearing up for another huge transfer raid, and are ready to make Pogba their best paid player. The top band of earners at Stamford Bridge take home around £180,000-per-week while the French youngster is said to currently earn €20,000-per-week - and they hope that could persuade him to switch allegiances.

Manchester United are said to be interested in luring Pogba back to Old Trafford, although Juventus will likely fight any attempts to snatch their best player.

Chelsea would like to partner Pogba in midfield alongside Nemanja Matic, with new-boy Fabregas playing ahead of the pair to create a new-look midfield.
