WWE diva Emma was arrested last night in Hartfood, Conneticut - the venue for last nights Monday Night Raw - for larceny, it has been revealed according to WrestleZone.

Emma, real name Tenille Dashwood, was arrested at a local Walmart at about 1 PM local time, and released just over an hour later. According to the report, she was accused of attempting to steal an iPod case, and was subsequently arrested. News of the incident made its way to local news as well.

No Action

Despite conflicting reports, it has been said that Emma was in fact present at Raw last night, despite the arrest. During a segment with Santino Marella, he noted that she didn’t “come to his party,” which looks like she was kept off the show by the company's bosses. At the time of writing, the WWE hasn’t dished out any possible disciplinary action.

6th degree larceny in the state of Connecticut is a Class C misdemeanor, that could result in a fine up to $500, and up to three months in jail. The crime in question is for thefts of $250 or less.

Not Looking Good

Things aren't looking great for Emma, who was saddled with a comedy team with Santino upon her debut, after gaining a good measure of popularity in WWE’s developmental territory, NXT.

After beating a top WWE diva in Alicia Fox twice in May, she hasn’t been seen on WWE television since. Earlier in the year, Emma and Santino Marella were in a television feud with Fandango and Summer Rae, which didn’t go over well.

However, the fact that she was tweeting about the RAW last night could possibly hold her in good stead. WWE normally look to take people off social media after incidents but the Australian hasn't been forced to.
