Hurdles champion Rhys WIlliams charged with doping offence

European 400 metres hurdles champion Rhys Williams is out of the Commonwealth Games, after becoming the second Welsh athlete suspended for a doping offence this month. Team Wales announced that Williams has been suspended from all competitions after being charged with an anti-doping violation at the Glasgow Grand Prix on July 11th. He finished sixth in the 400m hurdles at the Diamond League meeting.
