LeBron James's move to the Cleveland Cavaliers has got a lot of tongues wagging in the NBA this summer, after he left perennial NBA title contenders Miami Heat to return to his first professional basketball team.

Miami Heat fans have been left devastated by LeBron's decision to leave Florida and return to Ohio. Naturally, Cavaliers are in dream land after the return of their king.

Movie star delight

One of those fans caught up in dream land is Hollywood movie star Katie Holmes, who is a huge fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers. Not only that, Holmes was brought up in Ohio and she revealed her delight at the prospect of seeing LeBron in a Cavs jersey again.

"I've been visiting my family in Ohio, and we're so happy as Ohioans that LeBron [James] is coming back!" Holmes told People. "It's a really big deal for our state, and it's so cool of him."

Hollywood approves

It's not just Katie Holmes that's loving the return of King James to Cleveland. In the moments that preceded LeBron's Sports Illustrated essay announcement, endless amounts of celebrities used social media platform Twitter to voice their support for his decision.

"@KingJames to @joeharrisuva for a 3! @cavs @UVAMensHoops #GoCavs #Wahoowa" tweeted TV presenter Katie Couric at the time.

Jerry Ferrara from Entourage added,"SI essay was great. I love LeBron's decision and I LOVE how he handled it. The best thing for his legacy is bringing a title to Cleveland."

While in sport, good friend and now Cleveland buddy, Johnny Manziel added his support.

"YESSSS!! Couldn't be happier for my guy @KingJames and the @cavs #Cleveland."

LeBron is cautious

Although there is tons of excitement surrounding LeBron's return to the Cavaliers, James himself is cautious about his new team's chances ahead of the 2013/14 NBA season.

He remained coy about his team's chances of success next season in his essay that was published on the SI website. Speaking of the 'LeBron essay.' Watch LeBron's James' letter read in Morgan Freeman's voice by clicking here. It's hilarious.
