WWE fans have seen some of the greatest finishers of all-time over the years, but the only way to personalise a finisher is to give it a great name, and that's what all of the superstars in this list have done.

So who has made the top ten for the best finishers names? Let's take a look:

10 - Emma - Emma Lock

Now Emma is probably one of the more impressive divas when it comes to her signature moves because she has such an easy name to adapt, she has the Emma Lock, the Dil-Emma, the Ven-Emma and the Emma-mite sandwich. Emma's whole persona is to be crazy and fun and the fact that she has so many wacky moves personalised adds to the effect.

The Emma Lock is a variation of Melina's California Dreams where the opponent is lying on the front and Emma wraps their feet around hers before doing a back bridge to wrap her arms around the opponents neck to put pressure on their spine and force them to tap.

9 - Titus O'Neil - Clash of the Titus

Not one of the most impressive finishers, it is just a sit-out spine-buster but it has a fantastic name. Titus is not a small man by any means and having a name like Clash of the Titus for a finisher, adapted from Clash of the Titans which was an epic film in itself gives it that much more of an edge and when you hear the commentators say it. You know the match is over.

8 - Dolph Ziggler - ZigZag

One of my favourite wrestling finishers, you always know when it's coming because it has to be hit whilst the opponent has their back to him, but it's the move that won Dolph the World Title and it's a great name for a move that is basically a head lock into a variation of a DDT.

Dolph also has the Famouser as a second finisher, which is also used by Billy Gunn and keeps it's name, but it is his finishing move that is the most impressive of the two.

7 - The Miz - The Mizard of Oz

Lately Miz has taken on a different persona and now uses The Skull Crushing Finale or The Figure Four Leg Lock as his finisher instead, but during his early years in WWE, The Awesome one used to used The Mizard of Oz as his finisher and what a great name it was.

For a swinging inverted DDT, the finisher itself didn't really stand out as impressive but the name was the thing that people were talking about and now The Miz has gone Hollywood, i'm sure there will be many more things named after him.

6 - CM Punk - Anaconda Vice

I know this is the first one on the countdown that has no relation to Punk's name, but the Anaconda Vice is one of those finishers that you hear and you automatically know it's CM Punk's.

Punk used the GTS more in WWE than the Anaconda Vice, this was mainly used in ECW and is a arm-trap triangle choke. An anaconda may not be a venomous snake, but when Punk named this finisher he would have been thinking about how hard a snake grips its prey when it's trying to kill it and adapted that into the amount of strength needed to perform the choke-hold.

5 - Chris Jericho - Walls of Jericho

It's one of the best known WWE finishers of all time and it's really just a Boston Crab. But because Chris Jericho decided to call it "The Walls of Jericho" no one else can do a Boston Crab without everyone thinking it's the walls.

Jericho is a fan of personalising his moves as well, he has The LionSault, the LionTamer and the Codebreaker at his disposal, and regardless of whether is performing or on hiatus, everyone remembers Jericho's moves.

4 - Rey Mysterio - 619

The King of Mystery has dazzled fans for decades with his unique ring style, but nothing is more dazzling than Rey's finisher the 619.

Adapted from the area code of Rey's home-town of San Diego, but it also reads the same if it is turned upside down, much like the tiger feint kick it represents. Rey also had the West Coast Pop and Droppin the Dime as an aid to the 619 to secure the pin.

3 - The Undertaker - Tombstone Piledriver

The Deadman had to have a finisher that had something to do with death and he found that in the Tombstone Piledriver. Not only that but the veteran also has Hell's Gate, Old School and Snake Eyes in his arsenal, meaning he is also a fan of having a personalised move-set.

His brother Kane used the Tombstone for a while and still does but because it is called the Tombstone Piledriver, it will always belong to The Deadman.

2 - Paige - The Paige Turner

It must be quite exciting when WWE give you a name that can be adapted to finishing moves so easily, whilst the Paige Turner is Paige's main finisher, she also has the RamPaige and the PTO (Paige Tap Out) which is a scorpion cross lock.

The Paige Turner is a swinging fireman's carry slam and it won Paige her first Divas Championship meaning it will probably continue to be her main finisher for a while.

1 - Randy Orton - RKO

Many people think that the RKO stands for Randy Knock Out, no it doesn't it seems the Viper was a little more creative than that and RKO is actually his initials. Randall Keith Orton.

Much like Triple H's Pedigree, the RKO is one of the most famous wrestling moves of all time and it would be hard to find anyone who can pull it off the way Randy does. The RKO is the only one of his move set that he has personalised but we thank him that he did because it is a worthy number one.
