Cesc Fabregas arrived at Stamford Bridge after he was turned down by Arsenal, much to the dismay of the Gunners' faithful. He arrived for quite a hefty sum - around £27 million; Mourinho's second largest signing of the summer. It appears that figure was quite a bargain for a player who can knock free-kicks into the back of the net like this.

The Spaniard scored one of the three goals that helped Chelsea to a win against Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem this weel. The other two goals were set up by fellow summer signing and international team-mate Diego Costa, and scored by Mohamed Salah and Nemanja Matic.

Cesc Fabregas arrived to Chelsea from boyhood club Barcelona, and this move put Arsenal fans in a state of shock. In 2010, Fabregas supposedly said: 'If I ever wear a Chelsea shirt, you have permission to kill me.' However, no video or article has proven that he actually said that.

Nevertheless, what you are about to witness is a moment of pure footballing magic!
