Football News

The new Premier League season starts two weeks today but there is still time for plenty of notable deals to be concluded prior to the campaign’s opening weekend.

This summer has already been a particularly busy one in the transfer market for clubs in the English top-flight, but most sides still have work to do before the window closes at the end of this month.

As expected, the newspapers remain awash with news on deals that could be done prior to the transfer deadline, and various other notable story lines ahead of the 2014/15 campaign.
