Promising Tottenham loanee Alex Pritchard scored his first goal in the Championship on Tuesday night as Brentford won 2-1 away at Blackpool.

The technically-accomplished winger controlled a ball across the edge of the area and scored from 18 yards to put the Bees on level terms at Bloomfield Road.

Impressive Pritchard

Pritchard is highly-rated and will be hoping to continue impressing in the Championship until the New Year, when he may earn a spell in the top division. The 21-year-old is certainly one to keep an eye on.

Elsewhere in England's second-tier, centre-back Grant Hall played the full 90 minutes as his Birmingham side conceded a late equaliser to Ipswich in a two-all home draw.

In League Two, striker Shaquile Coulthirst played once again as Southend succumbed to a single-goal defeat at home to AFC Wimbledon.

Meanwhile, Jordan Archer's loan spell at Northampton becomes increasingly futile as he once again sat on the bench as Town lost 2-0 to Portsmouth.

If the situation does not improve, Tottenham should consider recalling the Scotland youth International and send him out to a club where he will get regular games.
