The only two teams in the NFL who share the same stadium faced off on Friday night as the New York Giants took on the New York Jets at the MetLife Stadium.

As the MetLifebowl went on, the two teams provided yet another high scoring match in a pre-season filled with high scoring matches.

The Giants ran out 35-24 winners and took home the Snoopy trophy while donating $30,000 to the MetLife foundation.

The game was high scoring, entertaining and a true battle of two good teams, but there was one moment which brought a smile to both sets of fans faces.

It came from the Jets third choice Quarterback Matt Simms.

Simms may be more than unlikely to feature for the Jets at any point in the regular season with Geno Smith and Michael Vick ahead of him on the depth chart.

So its hard to blame him for having a bit of fun on the field when he connected with Greg Salas for an 11-yard touchdown.

Following the completed pass, Simms simply turned around and broke out the salsa moves in a style similar to that of a rival.

In a move worthy of Giants Wide Receiver Victor Cruz who is also known for his salsa celebrations, Simms pulled off a great move which even brought a reaction from the officials.

Seen in the background, head referee John Parry couldn't help but lose his whistle and have a little chuckle to him self while Simms performed.

Simms' dance can be seen here along with an example of one of Cruz's previous performances as a comparison.

Giants take the biggest pre-season game

For both sets of New York fans, the MetLifeBowl was the game they were looking forward to most and with the Giants taking all the plaudits, all eyes will surely be on the Jets now.

Everyone will be watching to see how the Jets recover after they clearly started well against the Giants racing into a 10-0 lead.

It wouldn't last long though as the Giants would wipe out the lead before the Jets could score again and put themselves on the way to victory.

Smith, Vick and Simms would throw touchdown passes for the Jets with both Smith and Simms going 9/14 with their passes.

The Jets starter brought in more yards however with 137 to Simms 106, The Jets fans will clearly be hoping for the team to recover well ahead of their final warm up game before the season starts next weekend.
