An expectedly executed hook kick in a Xplode Fight Series: Tidal Wave contest saw this female fight last just five seconds much to the appreciation of fans watching.

Christine Stanley was the fighter able to land this brutal hook kick which rendered her opponent unconscious with only five seconds passed in the fight.

Whoever was filming only had time to lift up the camera as the referee calls the two fighters to begin and with one swift movement, the spinning shot completely floors Katie Anita Runyan and the fight itself is done.

The weekend in the fight world has been dominated by UFC events and the team of Hurricane Awesome flyweight has certainly made some noise when the video emerged of this brutal yet technically outstanding knockout.

Christine Stanley who was undoubtably the victor is also a teammate of top UFC bantamweight contender Liz Carmouche, and she has clearly taken a page out of UFC middleweight Uriah Hall's book over the weekend when she executed this particular hook kick.

The video was displayed through the team Hurricane Awesome's official Instagram page, basically giving the stage to make a case that Stanley should be competing at the Invicta Fighting Championships.

UFC President Dana White was actually quoted as saying: "one of the nastiest knockouts I've ever seen in the fight business.", high praise indeed.

You may need to keep an eye on Stanley who shows raw power and technique that now is quite customary with the top female fighters in the sport.
