John Cena & Seth Rollins encounter was not scripted

Those who watched this week's Raw would have thought that the opening segment included some "off the cuff" promos as Chris Jericho, John Cena and Roman Reigns went head to head with The Authority.

This thought would be wrong, as another Monday Night Raw script was leaked again this week, and it seems everything that was said between all seven superstars was written down and rehearsed.

The one stand out point of the leaked script was that John Cena was never supposed to AA Seth Rollins onto the announce table. No where in the script is this altercation mentioned, only the stare-down with Triple H which happened after the assault was on the script.

According to the script, everything else went as well as can be expected, even though this was the second draft of an episode of Raw entitled "The Iowa Raucous."

There has been no mention from either superstar as to why this happened and even though it wasn't scripted, Rollins looked to take the AA well and was prepared for it, apart from the fact that the announce table didn't break and the medics rushed over the Mr Money in the Bank to make sure he was ok, but he was sat up and staring Cena down as Raw ended, so there could be more to this rivalry than meets the eye.

Whether this was something the two planned between themselves or just Cena's reaction to Rollins when he tried to intervene on the stare down is still something that many people are questioning, but for two of the top superstars to go off script, is not as rare as you would think.

Even though this week's Raw seemed to go as planned for WWE, the ratings for the episode are still down with just 2.18 viewers tuning into the epic Labor Day episode of Raw. This is down from 2.88 that tuned into last weeks Raw with 3.92 million viewers watching the show, this is 0.5 million viewers less than last week.

In the hope to raise some ratings WWE have planned a "season premiere" of Raw for next Monday night with Jerry Springer set to be the guest of honour as he tries to settle the current Bella twins conflict.

Next week also sees Chris Jericho and Bray Wyatt meet inside a steel cage in the main event, but it seems despite the open invitation from Stephanie McMahon, current Dallas Cowboys player Michael Sam will not be attending next weeks Raw.
