Chelsea transfer news: PSV willing to sell 'next Eden Hazard' in January

Chelsea have received a boost in their alleged pursuit of Zakaria Bakkali after PSV Eindhoven withdrew their offer of a new contract. The 18-year-old winger - who has been tipped as the 'next Eden Hazard' in his homeland - has just 12 months remaining on his current deal, and now looks set to leave the Philips Stadion for a cut-price fee in January. PSV sporting director Marcel Brands believes the Belgian is being misled by those around him and feels an Eredivisie exit will be a formality.
