Football News

It's fair to say that Daniel Bryan hasn't enjoyed the best of times since being crowned WWE Heavyweight champion at WrestleMania.

After defending his title on one occasion against Kane at Extreme Rules Daniel Bryan has spent the proceeding months out of action through injury - requiring one major shoulder surgery already.

But now there might finally be some positive news for all the Bryan fans out there courtesy of his wife Brie Bella.

The WWE Diva revealed this week that Daniel Bryan will not require the second shoulder surgery that had long been rumored in the WWE Universe.

Brie explained that doctors had come to the decision at some point last week that rehab would be the favored root for Bryan.

Daniel Bryan's WWE injury nightmare gets even worse

The likes of Triple H, never Bryan's biggest fan, have been quick to question whether the WWE superstar was capable of cementing a position at the top of the organization with injuries cited as the main issue.

And it is hard to argue against that view going on Bryan's recent time spent in recovery. Indeed many had initially hoped Bryan would be able to return in or around the recent SummerSlam pay-per-view.

That of course did not happen, and although it is positive news that Daniel Bryan will not be going under the surgeons knife again any time soon Wrestling Inc still reports that Bryan faces around three more months away from the WWE.
