Thierry Henry continues to impress in MLS, and the former Arsenal and Barcelona striker rolled back the years with an incredible strike for the New York Red Bulls this weekend.

Henry's goal, show below, proved to be the winner for the Red Bulls as the New York franchise ran out 2-1 winners against Sporting Kansas City.

And there can't be much better ways to secure three points.

Thierry Henry had been moved from a central position to the left wing in a tactical decision prior to kick off and it clearly paid of for the Red Bulls as the French veteran cut in from the left wing onto his favored right foot before blasting an unstoppable shot into the top corner of the net.

Arsenal fans watching will surely be reminded of several of Henry's famous goals in the English Premier League in years past.

The importance of the goal could prove just as memorable for his current team however with the Red Bulls' 2-1 victory giving them a chance of reaching MLS' end-of-season playoffs.

The goal was Henry's eighth of the 2014 season and the now 35-year-old continues to be amongst the league's elite players.
