Chelsea and Swansea will be looking to continue their fine start to the Premier League season at Stamford Bridge this afternoon. 

Both teams have secured three wins out of three so far this term, and will be hoping to kick on even further with the international break now out the way.

Chelsea fans will certainly be pleased that Spanish international Diego Costa has been passed fit to play, with Loic Remy hoping to make his debut for the club from the bench. 

Eden Hazard - who was also an injury doubt for the clash - starts at Stamford Bridge, as Mourinho's forward stars look to continue their impressive start to the campaign. Thibaut Courtois starts ahead of Petr Cech once again in goal after signing a new long term contract at the Bridge earlier this week. 

Swansea, meanwhile, will be hoping that Gomis scores his first goal of the season, as the Welsh outfit look to gain another impressive result. The Swans will certainly be no push overs, having already secured maximum points at Old Trafford this season.
