So apparently WWE superstar Sheamus and pop star Justin Bieber share a thing or two in common.

I know what you're thinking, surely not? Well actually it's true. Both Sheamus and Justin Bieber have a short temper and a love for violence.

Sheamus is the red haired 'Celtic Warrior' that knows how to annoy his opponents. While Justin Bieber is the baby face singer that annoys, well, just about everyone and loves to get arrested.

Hating on Bieber

I think it's fair to say that a lot of WWE fans would love to put some sense into Justin Bieber, if you know what I mean.

And maybe superstar wrestler and US title holder Sheamus is the man for the job.

Sheamus was once pictured with Justin Bieber after he presented him with an award, and citing that meeting, the 'Celtic Warrior' says he's never been able to forget that terrible day.

In an interview this week, Sheamus was asked who he would most like to battle in the ring, and guess what name came up?

Smiling to himself, he answered, “That’s easy. Justin Bieber. I gave him an award last time and that picture comes back to haunt me all the time, it’s the way he carries himself around - he’s just a big muppet, even if he’s 4 foot 2 he still needs to be taken down."

The serious stuff

During the interview, which you can read in full on this link, Sheamus talked more about serious WWE topics as well.

And in quite a revealing part of the interview he was asked who his heroes and inspirations were growing up.

As many will know, Sheamus has been a WWE fan all his life ever since he was a kid. So it should be no surprise to most that the wrestling star loved watching Hulk Hogan during his youth.

"I was drawn to it [WWE] as a kid, I felt that wrestlers such as Hulk Hogan and Macho Man, were close to real-life superheroes."
