Tonight saw the last live event before Night of Champions this Sunday whcih meant that the WWE had to do everything they could to further promote the Pay-Per-View.

I think it is safe to say they did just that with two of the biggest non-title rivalries ahead of the event coming to a head in the main event.

Rusev and Roman Reigns were scheduled to lock horns once again at the end of the show and did so in a very physical match.

Chaos ensued after Seth Rollins got involved and then out came the World's Strongest Man Mark Henry to confront his Night of Champions nemesis.

After Henry turned the tables on Rusev by bringing down the USA flag above the ring, a brawl broke out and Henry was once again, left standing.

Ahead of a big triple threat match at Night of Champions, AJ Lee sat at ringside to watch Paige take on Nikki Bella.

Paige may have got the win but it was Nikki who was left standing when all was said and done.

A big tag team match pitted Dolph Ziggler and Sheamus together to take on Cesaro and The Miz.

Meanwhile, in the night other big tag team match, the Wyatt family were all in action to take on Big Show and Los Matadores.

Jimmy Uso defeated Stardust ahead of their clash for the Tag Team titles at Night of Champions in an impressive performance.

THE BUNNY! Adam Rose took on Heath Slater and as has been the case for a number of weeks, the Bunny was involved in a comical way.

Jack Swagger and Bo Dallas squared off once again with Bo Dallas getting the win this time before an incredible post-match scene.
