We're just six weeks into the new Premier League season, but managers are already looking to change their systems and teams as they go in search of success.

It's all kicked off at Manchester United over the last month. With Louis van Gaal now at the helm, the club have landed some of the world's best players, but just can't seem to defend. 

At Chelsea, meanwhile, Jose Mourinho's ship has been fairly steady after an extremely active transfer window, which saw many players arrive and leave the club. The likes of Liverpool, Tottenham and Arsenal have also changed their squads, as they go in search of glory.

But, which sides have really taken us by surprise with their starting teams in this campaign? Manchester United certainly have - not many would have predicted that youngster Tyler Blackett would have been handed such a starring role under the new regime. 

Thibaut Courtois has quickly overtaken Petr Cech as Chelsea's No.1 'keeper, whilst ex-Manchester United man Danny Welbeck is now leading the attack at Arsenal. 

So, with another big Premier League weekend ahead, which clubs could surprise us in regards to their starting teams? We're going to take a look at five potential surprise starters for this weekend's clashes.
