New factions could be the answer to WWE's problems

It is no secret that WWE is not at its best at present. Having lost big names such as Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns due to injury, the industry needs a change of ideas fast to maintain the excitement for fans.

There are several young emerging superstars who are making their way into WWE, but before their characters are built up enough to gain prominence, the company needs to make changes to the current storylines involving the roster it has now.

Back then

Years ago, factions were an integral part of WWE and for many, were the reason they followed the industry. There was something for everyone within these different groups, and it was as if the wrestlers were more successful together which made both their stable and individual names stronger.

More recently, groups within WWE have been put down despite them still proving their strength when in existence. The Shield excelled as a stable and though each of its members has still done well individually, the dominance they had was enviable and they will be classed as one of the best groups in WWE history.

Evolution reformed this year and are another faction which had a strong impact as a group within WWE. The fact they, along with The Shield, are now no longer in existence as stables implies that WWE feels groups of wrestlers are not what is best, despite the opportunities available for creating so many more.

Prominent group

The Wyatt Family are another stable who have made their mark since starting out in the WWE. Together they are a force to be reckoned with, with each member boasting an array of moves with unique style as well as possessing a twisted attitude which makes them even more intriguing to watch.

WWE has so many options for various groups which could be formed at present. They could have a Divas faction to change up the current state of that division or even create groups based on geography such as Paige, Sheamus and Wade Barrett.

The various possibilities for different factions is undoubtedly something which WWE should act on, not least because it would enable a bigger gap to be opened up for the rising talent that will become the defining names in WWE in years to come.
