Batista, Bootista or Bluetista, whatever you want to call him he has been rumoured to be having his return to a WWE ring soon.

Batista left the WWE earlier this year to help promote his summer blockbuster Guardians of the Galaxy.

His exit left Evolution in tatters and the Authority with a big hole to fill - which they did in the shape of Seth Rollins.

But with Guardians now having had its summer of success, the return of the Animal has long been theorized with everyone having an opinion on when he will surface once again.

Well now the discussion may have to be put off once again as now it seems that Batista is set to return to Hollywood.

According to deadline.com, Batista has been cast in another movie which will begin shooting in October, surely extending his absence from the WWE.

Set to begin shooting on October 13th, the film entitled Bus 657 will cast Batista in a starring role along side the likes of Robert De Niro, Gina Carano, Kate Bosworth and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

There is no word yet on how the movie will affect Batista's return to the ring or when it is due for release but needless to say, one will run into the other.

Another fruitful venture?

Batista's last Hollywood outing was in this summer's big Marvel movie Guardians of the Galaxy which grossed over $600 million worldwide.

Released in August, Batista returned to the WWE in January following the conclusion of the films shooting.

He won the Royal Rumble and was a part of the Triple Threat main event at WrestleMania XXX.

Following Daniel Bryan's victory at WrestleMania, Batista, Triple H and Randy Orton were forced to reform Evolution during their feud with the Shield.

Payback moment

Batista inevitably quit the WWE following Evolution's loss to the Shield at Payback in June.

He left to go and help promote the film but now that it has had its release and has since dropped out of the cinemas, who knows what will happen now.

It is unclear how long it will take for him to shoot the new movie, or how long it will take for him to return after that but I can't see him doing a Dean Ambrose.

Ambrose recently left to film the upcoming movie Lockdown and within two days made his return at Night of Champions on Sunday.

I don't picture Batista doing what Ambrose did but who knows with the WWE?
