While the Broncos enjoyed a relatively early bye week this season, the legendary Quarterback saw fit to set off to Las Vegas.

Following a trip to Los Angeles, he moved on to Vegas where the trip took a very strange turn, given the entertainment he indulged in.

Accompanied by his wife - former Oakland Raiders cheerleader Paige Green, the couple watched a variety of lets just call them 'insane' acts.

While in Sin City, Elway went to see shows including the world's oldest strippers, and a performance by mini-Kanye West and even a mini-PSY.

Taking in the show performed by little people was just the start for the eccentic couple as they stuck around to get a few pictures with a few of the performers.

It was clearly a much needed break for Elway to get over a second defeat by the Seattle Seahawks, but did it have shades of another NFL personality?

Doing a Manziel

Being pictured in Vegas up to some very crazy antics is certainly a trait that has become associated with another NFL personality.

The first name that comes to mind is surely the Cleveland Browns rookie Quarterback Johnny Manziel who has been pictured doing some foolish antics over the last few months.

Since being drafted by the Browns in this years NFL Draft, Manziel has made a lot of headlines for his off the field antics.

Elway's party in Vegas would probably be one able to rival some of Manziel's antics but it will now be interesting to see if he gets the same reaction as the troubled Quarterback.

Denver De'Ja Vu

Elway may be entitled to a break so that he can rethink their strategy after suffering a painful first loss of the season once again to the Seahawks.

After all the progress made by the Broncos in the off-season, many thought they would finally best the Seahawks this year but week three proved that theory wrong.

So Elway and the Broncos may have to use their bye week to heal their wounds and repare themselves for the run to Super Bowl XLIX.
