Manchester United legend Gary Neville believes his former club can land Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
The former Red Devils star - who is now a pundit on Sky Sports - has insisted that United's transfer activity this past summer makes a deal to bring Ronaldo back to Old Trafford more realistic.
United, of course, landed two of the biggest names in world football as they secured the services of Angel di Maria and Radamel Falcao in the previous market, and now the club have been heavily linked with a move for Ronaldo's signature of late.

He loves Manchester
Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal recently admitted that he would be interested in signing the club's former player should he become available, and Neville believe it's a deal that could take place.
When discussing the Ronaldo situation on Sky Sports, United's former captain said: "Does he love Manchester? Does he love United? Absolutely. He's talked more and more in the last 12-18 months about how he misses Old Trafford.
"You'd have to say now with what they've done with Di Maria and Falcao, it's more possible because they've shown a real intent to sign world-class players."
It remains to be seen as to whether Manchester United will step up their interest in the current World Player of the Year, but it's likely that this transfer saga will roll on and on for the foreseeable future.
Do they need him?
With the array of attacking talent on show at Old Trafford, many will actually argue that Manchester United don't really need their former hero. After all, the club have the likes of Angel di Maria, Wayne Rooney, Adnan Januzaj, Robin van Persie, Radamel Falcao, Juan Mata and Co. plying their trade in the front line, whilst the club are struggling in the defensive department.
However, would the United hierarchy really turn down the opportunity to bring Ronaldo back to the club? Ed Woodward and Co. will be well aware of the financial outlay of signing the superstar, but he would surely reward them on the pitch and in shirt sales.
If United were able to land Ronaldo and improve their back-line next summer, then they would represent a frightening prospect under Van Gaal.
