Chelsea star Eden Hazard has revealed the five players who he thinks are out on their own as the most supreme in the world and the Belgian, understandably, does not rate himself among them.
Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben are all players Hazard ranks above himself, and he aspires to one day reach the level of this esteemed collection of talent.
It is hard to argue with most of these selections by Hazard, although perhaps the latter two spots are open to debate, and it is now down to the Chelsea man and others to force themselves into the reckoning alongside the game’s elite.
Neymar would appear to be the next in line to mount a challenge with his four goals for Brazil earlier this week proving, once again, that the Brazilian is destined to become the best in the world at some stage. He is only 22, remember.
