4: Kyriakos Papadopoulos
The Greek youngster has been around for a surprisingly long-time given his tender age, and already he's carving a name for himself at the highest level of the game.
Currently at Bayer Leverkusen, on loan from Schalke 04, Papadopoulos is proving himself to be comfortable when thrown in with the big boys of the Bundesliga, and has the physical attributes to excel in the Premier League.
Though he is young, therefore perhaps representing a risk, he's every bit as experienced as the majority of European defenders Wenger might be looking at. As such he makes our list with little hesitation.
